POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA/MASTERS

Overview The Catherine McAuley School of Nursing and Midwifery is now providing a range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) modules for registered nurses and midwives and allied health professionals. The CPD modules centre around the following themes: Acute and Chronic Care of Physical Health Problems The delivery of modules varies - some are face to face, blended or online. Please refer to individual modules. Students who successfully complete CPD modules may be eligible for exemption from some modules in our existing BSc (Nursing Studies) degree and Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma programmes, if later registered for these programmes. All the modules are approved by the Nursing Board, Ireland and where applicable application is made to other discipline bodies for CPD credits.
